The gold used in the production of the pieces from the Alchemy Mystical Mantras collection is only pure 999 gold, which does not come from other molten jewelry.
At the time of melting, when gold is in liquid form (only in this state can the metal be processed at the energy level), all forms of non-beneficial energy are extracted.
The metal is purified by sounds, using Nepalese bowls, thus harmonizing and raising the vibration of the metal to the highest possible level (up to 8 times higher than the maximum human vibration). When cooled, all information remains encapsulated inside.

ACTIVATION OF THE AMULET
To activate this amulet it is necessary to make 3 knots with the cord that accompanies the amulet, and at each knot by the power of intention to tell the amulet what you want to do for you.
It is recommended to keep the cord for at least 7 days.

All orders placed on the online shop will be shipped with Fan Courier Romania. As soon as the order has been placed, it is confirmed and processed, you will receive an automatic email containing the AWB number.
Delivery takes from 1 day to a maximum of 5 working days depending on the destination. The transport cost for Bucharest is 23 LEI, and for the other cities in Romania it is 29 LEI. Exception: localities without Fan Curier headquarters - outside kilometers will be charged with the client's consent.
We cannot be held liable for damages caused by delays in delivering orders due to external factors such as: special weather conditions, strikes or any other special situations that could prevent the courier from delivering the products on time.

Delivery of orders takes between 2-7 working days for Europe and up to 12 working days for the rest of the countries, depending on the selected delivery address. The delivery of the order will be made to the mentioned address.

RETURN POLICY
Items purchased from www.moogustore.com can be returned within a maximum of 15 days of receiving the order. In order for the return to be processed, please contact us by email or phone first and provide us with the reason for the return. We will be happy to send you the return form. All orders must be returned using the original packaging, return form, warranty and invoice / tax receipt proving the purchase. Return costs are borne by the customer. We recommend that you keep proof of return shipping.
Once an order has been shipped or delivered, it cannot be changed or modified.
